Supported by an approximate $740 million investment from the Ministry of Health and Infrastructure Ontario, redevelopment efforts focus on innovative healthcare approaches, utilizing advanced medical technologies and enhancing collaborative practices. This new service delivery framework – Made-In-Muskoka Healthcare – brings our communities together, offering expansive growth in facilities and services available.
The planning journey to develop this new vision has been extensive, and direct input from our communities and dedicated healthcare providers has helped its evolution. While there have been challenges along the way, there is also exciting progress.
